The ideal candidate for this role will have the strategic combination of the business analysis and software automation skills: critically observing and researching business processes and user interactions, to inform and shape digital transformation strategies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that digital initiatives to not only align with business objectives but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by improving the user experience across digital platforms.

DUTIES:

• Evaluate current requirements practices in SGD with the goal of reducing and optimising documentation required by Engineering projects.


• Research methods and tools for establishing requirement/design/verification baselines.
