**Job Description**

This role focuses on installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing commercial and automatic door systems to ensure safe, reliable operation in line with codes and manufacturer standards. You will work with a wide range of door types and components, combining mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage skills to keep systems functioning efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, service, and repair commercial and automatic door systems, including overhead, roll-up, sliding, swinging, and revolving doors.
+ Adjust and troubleshoot door operators, sensors, and related hardware to ensure smooth and safe operation.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on doors, operators, and associated building systems.
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues involving tracks, rollers, hinges, springs, operators, and hardware.
