Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a contract for AutoCAD 2D Drafting Specialist to create fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings for existing legacy parts. These parts already exist in our SAP ERP system, but formal drawings are missing. The contractor will primarily work from ERP data provided in Excel files, with occasional reference to SAP for exceptions. The contractor will populate predefined AutoCAD drawing templates in accordance with drafting standards.

Scope of Work

- Create 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD

- Select the appropriate AutoCAD template based on product type

- Populate templates with dimensions, characteristics, and title block information

- Read and interpret product data primarily from Excel files generated from SAP ERP
