Job Description
Automotive Representatives, are responsible for assisting customers and dealers with inquires, account status and problem resolution.
Good telephone skills, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, communication and planning and organizing are key in this position. Must be flexible and a team player as agents work together to assist customers.
Qualifications
Seeking someone who has strong auto mechanical knowledge (3+ years), who would prefer an office setting. Someone who has call center experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
Will be assigned a shift between 6am to 5pm (8 hours), Monday through Friday
