Role Overview
We’re hiring a Collections Specialist to support auto loan accounts in a high‑volume customer service environment. This role focuses on helping customers stay on track with payments while following clear policies and processes. You’ll work closely with a small team and use internal systems to manage accounts accurately.

Pay, Schedule & Logistics
• Pay: $21–$24/hr + overtime (1.5x)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite weekly in Foothill Ranch, CA
• 6‑month contract with potential to convert to a permanent role

Requirements
• 1–3 years of collections experience (auto finance preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with CRM or account management systems
