Job Description:
The Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The Parts Coordinator verifies the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely mannerEnter all parts invoices into our Information SystemLabel, track and organize all parts accordingly Communicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.Manage all part returns and ensure credits are received Ensure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized parts areaActively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work q...
