What you’ll be doing
Supporting children with Autism with daily classroom tasks. Provide support with communication, routines and engagementUsing visuals, sensory strategies and structured approaches that help pupils access learningOffering reassurance during transitions or emotionally tricky momentsWorking closely with teachers and therapists to provide stable, consistent supportEncouraging independence, confidence and positive social interactionsCelebrating progress in ways that feel meaningful to each pupilWho we’re looking for
