The school is part of a respected specialist trust and supports pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition, communication needs and associated SEMH difficulties. The provision focuses heavily on therapeutic practice, sensory support and personalised learning pathways.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering structured and engaging lessons
• Supporting sensory and communication strategies
• Creating predictable routines and safe learning environments
• Encouraging emotional regulation and independence
• Supporting pupils with social interaction and confidence-building
• Collaborating with Speech and Language Therapists and SEN professionals

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience supporting pupils with Autism and SEN
