■Plans, prepares and carries out audits in compliance with the accreditation requirements.
■Submits audit plan based on set lead time
■Conducts audits under multiple accreditations (2nd party and 3rd Party Audits)
■Creates and submits audit documentation and audit reports based on set lead time
■Monitors accomplished non-conformity report with audited client
■Review of corrective action provided by audited clients
■Ensures that service requirements are accordingly planned, executed and controlled in order to fulfill the certification’s requirements, and strive the customers’ satisfaction and business objectives.
■Monitor and measurement of key performance indicators and ensure that individual target are met.
■Processing of Lead Auditor Initial and Re-Appointment in IAMS
■Timely service hours reporting to be encoded in SAP
