Purpose Of The Role
As the face of BSI, the role of the Lead Auditor (Client Manager) is to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by assessing their systems and processes against BSI standards. At the end of each assessment the Client Manager compiles a business report and presents this to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare assessment reports and present the results to clients to ensure that they understand the assessment decision and are clearly advised towards specific items of corrective action where appropriate.
- Undertake management system assessments in accordance with BSI requirements.
- Recommend the issue, reβissue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and timescales.
