Job Description Key Responsibilities Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits. Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships. Support auditor hiring, training, supervision, and performance monitoring. Handle ad-hoc requests, UC processes, and administrative tasks (cash advances, liquidation, etc.). Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems. Collaborate with teams (MDQC, Data Ops, Data Sci, CSM) to uphold reporting integrity. Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Data Quality Focus Maintain accuracy and integrity of collected data. Explain and validate data movements store-by-store. Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions).
