The Audit Manager will work as an Individual Contributor and will be part of the AE Audit Services Team responsible for executing SOX and Operational audits.
Responsibilities:
Perform financial and operational audits in accordance with the annual internal audit program.Periodically review and discuss audit findings and other matters as necessary.Review organizations operations, processes and controls for compliance with established internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.Make recommendations to address identified control gaps, and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls.Report audit findings and recommendations to appropriate management based on the results of regularly scheduled audits, non-scheduled audits, and at any time when issues need to be addressed by management.Conduct follow-up reviews of financial, operational, or regulatory compliance def...
