Description
Our client is a major investment management firm looking for a subject matter expert (SME) in collateral loan obligations (CLO) to assist with an audit in this area. This is a remote, part-time role expected to last for 2-3 months. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of industry practices, transaction structuring, and audit execution within CLO or structured credit environments.
Requirements
• Significant experience with collateralized loan obligations, gained through audit work, advisory engagements, or direct work with a CLO manager.

• Strong knowledge of CLO structuring, including the lifecycle, documentation, and operational considerations involved.

• Demonstrated background leading or executing audits in CLOs, structured credit, investment management, or similar financial environments.

• Ability to assess risks, controls, and best practices within complex investment or securitized product operations.
