What you'll do

The Audiologist performs clinical tests of hearing for the assessment of communication needs as well as assessment of balance function. The audiologists work closely with the ENT providers for purposes of contributing to medical diagnoses of hearing. They interpret and counsel patients as per the implications of the findings and, in appropriate cases, provides rehabilitative services primarily involving the use of hearing aids and/or implanted devices.
