At Houston Methodist, the Audiologist position is responsible for the routine audiometric testing to support medical or nonmedical patient management; recommends and delivers aural habilitative or rehabilitative services for patients with communication disorders arising from auditory system dysfunction. This position counsels patients about hearing health and the possible need for treatment/management.

**EDUCATION**

+ Graduate degree (AuD) in Audiology or Communication Disorders with a major in Audiology

**EXPERIENCE**

+ One year of Medical Audiology experience
+ Hearing aid dispensing preferred
