Position Overview

Senior Audiologist | South West | £40,000 - £50,000pa

Castlefield are thrilled to be partnering with an established provider to support in the provision of a new Senior Audiologist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Audiologist who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while leading and mentoring a small, skilled team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
Leading day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring best practice standards
Supporting, supervising, and developing junior audiology staff
Working closely with the Practice Manager to maintain excellent service delivery
Contributing to service development, innovation, and patient experience initiatives
