Join the CASCOM G-6 team providing hands-on audiovisual (AV) support across T2COM classrooms and command events. This role ensures reliable classroom technology, seamless presentations, and high-quality audio/visual production, directly supporting Army training and leadership engagements.

Responsibilities

+ Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support for classroom AV systems, including hardware, software, networking, and video tele-training (VTT) systems

+ Maintain daily logs of performance tasks, customer requests, system status, and known issues

+ Capture and manage sustainment activities using AESMP and T2COM ECP ticketing systems, ensuring tickets are tracked through resolution and closure

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PMCS) on classroom AV equipment, including cleaning systems, replacing projector bulb...
