The Audi Experienced Automotive Service Technician/Mechanic is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of technicians in the efficient and effective repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.Team Leadership:
Assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and experience.Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.Train and develop technicians to improve their skills.
