Description
This position centers on commercial agreement review, drafting, and negotiation within a life sciences environment, with particular attention to matters connected to acquired entities and cross-border business operations. The attorney will work closely with legal, compliance, and business partners to address contractual obligations, reduce exposure, and help maintain alignment with applicable regulatory and corporate standards.


Responsibilities:

• Examine a broad range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, and assignment documents, to evaluate terms and identify legal concerns.

• Prepare, revise, and negotiate contract language to support business objectives while protecting the organization’s legal and compliance interests.

• Provide legal guidance on contract matters tied to acquisition-related entity integration and ongoing obligations across multiple business units.
