We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer to become part of our client's legal team based in San Rafael, California. As an Attorney/Lawyer, your main duties will include managing case files, handling complaints, and dealing with civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management using related software

• Handle and resolve client complaints efficiently

• Administer claims and related legal matters

• Brief the team on legal matters and case updates

• Engage in civil litigation procedures

• Provide legal advice based on consumer electronics laws and regulations

• Manage landlord-tenant disputes and related legal issues

• Maintain an organized system for legal documents and case files.
Requirements

+ JD from an ABA accredited university.
