We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support technology-focused commercial legal work for a Contract position working remotely. This role centers on preparing, analyzing, and negotiating SaaS and related agreements while providing practical counsel on privacy, data protection, and contractual risk. The attorney will work independently in a remote environment and contribute clear, business-oriented legal guidance on complex technology transactions.
