Robert Half is partnering with a well‑established law firm in New York on a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney. The firm is looking to bring on an attorney initially on a temporary basis, with a strong intent to convert to permanent employment.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking hands-on litigation experience with a clear path to a long-term role.
Pay: $50-70/hour (depending on experience)

Location: New York, NY (Mostly On‑Site – 4 Days/Week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday


Responsibilities

+ Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence

+ Legal research and analysis

+ Discovery and document review

+ Deposition preparation and participation

+ Court appearances, depending on experience level

+ Supporting matters through all phases of litigation
