Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is ideal for a litigation specialist who can independently manage civil matters from initial case assessment through resolution while also contributing to the continued expansion of the practice. The position offers the opportunity to help establish and grow a strong local office presence with the support of firm resources and legal colleagues.

Responsibilities:
• Manage civil litigation matters from initial intake and case evaluation through settlement or trial preparation.
• Prepare persuasive motions, legal briefs, pleadings, and other court filings in a timely and strategic manner.
• Lead discovery efforts, including drafting written discovery, reviewing responses, and developing case strategy based on the factual record.
