The firm has a longstanding reputation for handling sophisticated civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts.


Position Overview

The firm is seeking an attorney with approximately 5–7 years of business litigation experience who is interested not only in handling sophisticated litigation matters, but also in taking on a more supervisory and team-building role, particularly within the New York office.


Responsibilities

Conduct investigations related to complex commercial litigation matters

Manage and oversee all phases of discovery

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

Perform legal research and factual analysis in connection with complex fraud and business disputes
