We are looking for a motivated Attorney/Lawyer to join a legal team in California. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is well suited for a newly licensed attorney or an early-career legal team member who is eager to build experience in asbestos-related litigation and broader civil litigation matters. The position offers the chance to contribute to active casework, strengthen courtroom and case-preparation skills, and work closely with experienced legal professionals in a dynamic practice environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal filings to support ongoing litigation matters.

+ Conduct legal research and develop written arguments for briefs, memoranda, and case strategy materials.

+ Assist with discovery activities, including reviewing documents, drafting responses, and organizing case evidence.
