Our client, a leading Denver law firm is seeking a 3 plus years corporate M& A attorney to support their busy corporate and private equity group. As a Corporate Associate attorney at the firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, private placements, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate and partnership formation, and corporate governance. You will be part of a dynamic team of lawyers who pride themselves on creativity and integrity and practicing with compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
