A growing national firm is seeking an Associate to join their team in the Bay Area. This position will involve managing a litigation caseload and preparing for trial. • Independently manage a litigation caseload, from case inception to trial

• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial

• Review and analyze discovery requests and respond accordingly

• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings

• Prepare court filings and ensure service to counsel; experience with e-filing is a plus
