Background Requirements

• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience (as a practicing attorney at a law firm)
• Practice areas of interest include labor & employment, civil rights, or education law
• Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Admitted to practice in TX + in a good standing
