Title: Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA or Bethesda, MD

Experience: 7+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead counsel on commercial leasing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
• Handle letters of intent, work letters, assignments, transfers, SNDAs, and related leasing documents.
• Advise clients on market lease terms and risk management.
• Represent landlords across office, retail, and industrial asset classes.

Qualifications:

• Active Bar admission.
• 7+ years of commercial leasing experience.
• Experience with office, retail, and industrial leasing.

Preferred:

• Landlord-side representation.
• Portfolio or multi-asset leasing experience.
