A highly regarded plaintiff-side law firm in Alton, Illinois is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, complex mass tort matters on behalf of injured individuals nationwide. The attorney will be involved in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation, while collaborating closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and subject-matter experts.
