Responsibilities At the full performance level of this position, you will: Provide legal research and problem resolution during the course of criminal investigations and prosecutions involving environmental federal statutes. Provide legal advice and policy recommendations concerning the criminal enforcement program and/or other regional programs, operations, and activities for decision makers with legal considerations in mind. Coordinate litigation matters regarding criminal enforcement programs.
