Summary This position is located in the Office of the Director, Executive Office for Immigration Review, U. S. Department of Justice. Incumbent serves as Senior Counsel to the Director of EOIR in provision of expert legal advice on the interpretation and application of U.S. Immigration Law and applicable statues, executive orders, directives regulations, administrative rulings and court decisions. Responsibilities This position is located in the Office of the Director (OOD).
