Job Summary

Greet guests who drive to UBR, make quick response to their parking needs, charge parking fees, and guide guests into appropriate parking area.

Major Responsibilities

Follow the service concept of Universal Way to provide guests with a safe and considerate parking service experience;

Kindly recommend appropriate parking products and services for guests, and charge parking fees correctly;

Prompt and direct vehicles to the correct parking area;

Strictly enforce UBR cash management policies to ensure daily parking revenue is in line with daily sales;

Maintains safety standards to ensure guest safety

Real-time observation and offer tourists guidance and inquiry services;

Correctly and clearly complete the relevant work reports;

Other assigned work.
