Description
Responsible for supervising platform under the direction of the Wheel and Carousel operator including the safe loading and unloading guests into and onto amusement rides by performing the following duties.
Ensures guests are safely loaded into gondola and carousel rides Adheres to all safety guideline procedures and practices Monitors attraction perimeter and restricted areas, such as the wheel, platform, ramps, access gate, and back area Greets guests as they approach and exit the rides
Groups guests in to the maximum number for each ride Maintains and cleans area Serves as back up scanner Assists guests with disabilities Communicates effectively to the wheel operator when it is safe to move Responsible to stop the ride if a safety matter arises Provides oversight for platform operation and its employees Cleans platform and surrounding ar...
