Position Overview
Job Summary The sales floor service assistant must be able to communicate effectively, maintain the efficiency, cleanliness and safety of the sales areas.
Expected Contributions - Always follow the rules on an ongoing basis.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the attendance policy and report to the workstation at the scheduled start time.
- Always display a positive and respectful attitude towards all guests and co-workers.
- Know and abide by all department and hotel related rules, policies, and procedures.
- Act as point of contact between the sales floor and kitchen staff.
- Prepare hot beverages (coffee, tea etc.) and stock coolers with cold beverages before the start of the day and restock throughout the day.
