This is a structured two-year career path designed to turn high-potential candidates into Certified Atlassian Consultants.
You will complete a guided training curriculum across Jira administration, Confluence, Jira Service Management, agile practices, and consulting fundamentals. You will complete the Atlassian Partner required accreditations and pursue one Atlassian Certification of your choice. You will learn by doing, with hands-on labs, mentoring, and real-world scenarios.
After completing the training year, you will move into a practice role as a Certified Atlassian Consultant. You will support real client engagements, including US-based customers, while continuing to develop your skills through mentorship and performance feedback. Strong performance can lead to a permanent full-time role.
