Maximize business value through Medical platform strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable system managementLead initiatives to optimize Medical platforms and business models, enabling AZKK’s future Medical events and operations to be executed smoothly and all projects, including new initiatives utilizing cutting-edge AI technologies, RWD-driven use cases, JDH-enabled data integration, and SAS-based analytics capabilities in the Medical domain.Accountable for IT projects and system operations across the full lifecycle, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, and Configuration IT planning processes for new Medical business requirements, ensuring sound business cases and alignment with strategic goals.Develop service transition plans to ensure delivered solutions are sustainable in production environments, including controlled handover to operational support teams.Initiate, lead, and support IT projects in accordance with d...
