Position Summary
The Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics Program at Michigan State University invites applications for a Fixed Term Faculty position (non-tenure) at a rank commensurate with experience. The appointment will be an academic year, nine-month position. This individual will be responsible for in-person and online instruction at the undergraduate and graduate level. The teaching load would be approximately 3 courses per semester, the discipline of which would depend upon candidate expertise and BLD program need. MSU BLD offers two undergraduate degrees, Biomedical Laboratory Science and Medical Laboratory Science (a NACCLS accredited program) and three graduate degrees – an MA in Biomedical Laboratory Science, an MS in Clinical Laboratory Science, and an MS in Biomedical Laboratory Operations.
