Job Summary: The Assistant Scaffolding Supervisor supports and assists in supervising scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities at the worksite. The role ensures compliance with workplace safety requirements, scaffold standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning daily scaffolding tasks, manpower allocation, and material requirements. Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling as per approved drawings and safety standards. Ensure scaffolding structures comply with MOM, WSH Act, SS 659:2020, SS 553, and project safety rules. Carry out scaffold inspection and maintain proper scaffold tagging system (Green / Yellow / Red tags). Guide scaffold erectors and helpers on correct installation methods, safety harness use, and fall prevention. Maintain daily activity reports, material logs, and inspection checklists.
