The Assistant Manager / Manager will provide strategic administrative and operational coordination for the Rehabilitation Programme across the domains of research, innovation, and capability development.

This role focuses on programme governance, institutional coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational execution to ensure the effective implementation and scaling of the programme initiatives across NHG institutions.

The incumbent will serve as a central coordination node between clinical leaders, institutional partners, and cluster management, ensuring alignment of the programme activities with NHG’s strategic priorities.
