Support the Project Lead in the planning, execution and monitoring of the project.
Support the coordination and collaboration between clinician partners, technology and academic partners of project and arms of project in hospital and community to ensure all aspects of project are compatible.
Support the Project Lead in the development of solutions and their integration into care.
Co-develop necessary policies and guidance for project solutions in conjunction with advisory bodies.
Establish engagement strategy and system for updating, alignment and management of internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and manage the operations of the project including its schedules and work plans.
Support the Project Lead in the strategic engagement and outreach events to increase uptake of project.
Establish and align milestones with development and evolution of project solutions
