You will work closely with Allied Health leaders to ensure smooth daily operations while driving system enhancements, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Support daily operations of assigned allied health departments, including front counter coordination and issue resolution
- Partner with Allied Health Leads to improve workflows, processes, and service delivery
- Manage budgeting, expenditure tracking, and procurement activities
- Monitor service utilisation and implement initiatives to optimise resource usage
- Oversee audit, risk, and compliance matters within the department
