The Asst. HR Team Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of staff accommodation and cafeteria operations the hotels first aid room/clinic and staff activities under the guidance of the Human Resources department. This role ensures that all team members living in staff accommodation receive high-quality and responsive housing services in a safe and secure environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring maintenance and facilities issues coordinating with relevant departments to resolve concerns promptly providing support to staff as needed and assisting with employee relations.
