Position Overview
Working in the litigation team primarily involves active support in various court proceedings, including but not limited to:
Preparing preliminary analysis, memoranda, and legal opinions, participating in the development of litigation strategies, representing the firm’s clients in all types of proceedings before common and arbitration courts, drafting all types of pleadings, monitoring court deadlines, continuously monitoring court information portals in ongoing proceedings. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, currently undergoing training to become a barrister/solicitor, professional experience in a litigation team (minimum 3 years), experience in commercial proceedings, fluency in English (sufficient for daily professional use); knowledge of German will be an additional asset, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team,...
