Support the company’s annual business plans and quarterly updates which include consolidating and reviewing information across multiple business verticals.Having a thorough knowledge of the assumptions used to prepare budgets and forecasts and clearly articulating and documenting those assumptions;Manage the quarterly IFRS valuations across development and income-producing propertiesPrepare internal/external presentations and materials to senior management and the board for ad hoc analysis to support the business, quarterly board meetings, and external investor meetingsAssist in the review and analysis of development, financing, acquisition, disposition and other portfolio activity for various asset classes;Creating financial models and reports to facilitat...
