**What You’ll Be Doing**

To continue the expansion of SEF and the portfolio of Corporate Equity Derivative transactions in North America for CIBC core Clients. This will involve:

+ Identify new transaction opportunities for CIBC leveraging existing client relationships, including with corporates, private equity funds, family offices, insurance companies, mutual fund companies and other asset managers
+ Manage the approval, negotiation and execution processes of SEF transaction...
