(What the role is) Associate/Assistant Director, Procurement (2-Year Contract) (What you will be working on) In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, with responsibilities including: Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (e.g., quotations/tenders and clarifications)
Review work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., templates, trackers and standard operating procedures)
Coordinate procurement documentation and records to ensure completeness and proper record-keeping (e.g., approval records and supporting procurement documentation
Support procurement processes from sourcing to award, including coordinating evaluations, internal clearances and submission write-ups
