ABOUT THE ROLE:  


This role provides analytical and execution support across Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions, assisting with structuring and cash flow modeling across multiple asset classes, including transportation (aircraft, container, rail), auto, consumer assets, equipment, music/TV/film royalties, and digital infrastructure. The position supports both public market issuances and private placement transactions and works closely with senior structurers, originators, and distribution teams across the ABS platform. This role supports the development of bond structures and cash flow models for pitches and marketing materials, assists in reviewing transaction documentation, and contributes to interactions with rating agencies and accounting firms.
