The staff counsel office of Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey located in Parsippany, NJ seeks a full-time attorney with an interest in starting a career in the insurance defense field to handle New Jersey and New York Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation.

The attorney would be trained to handle a mix of New Jersey PIP cases filed in Forthright and the New Jersey Superior Court and New York PIP cases filed in AAA. The initial training would include the analysis of arbitration demands or lawsuits against the Company, preparation of written PIP submissions and attending arbitration hearings. There would also be an opportunity to be trained in additional areas of insurance defense such as conducting depositions and Examinations Under Oath and appearing at court conferences, motions, and trials.
