Description
To support sales team in achieving sales target, this role is to design and implement sales training plan to enhance the capability of the sales team by leveraging internal and external resources and delivering classroom training and on-the-job coaching, including orientation, product knowledge, selling skills, negotiation skills, client management, communication skills, and code of conduct and business ethics.
Key ResponsibilitiesΒ Β
Understand the company's product portfolio and clients' needs.
Collect the training needs from the national sales team of 3 BUs.
Work with GM, BU heads and Finance on the budgeting for sales training.
Align with business strategy and target, work out long-term and short-term training plan.
Promote the training plan, courses and programs in nation wide.
